What are your doors made of?
Our doors are built from heavy-gauge galvanized steel across the Kinza and Fusim ranges, so they hold up to daily use and Khammam weather without warping, unlike wood. Finishes range from powder-coated matte to designer wood-grain and copper/antique looks.
Can I get a door custom-made for my size or design?
Yes, most of our doors can be made to your door frame's exact height and width, and we can also tweak finishes, handles, and grille patterns on many designs. Bring your measurements (or let us know if you need someone to measure on-site) and we'll confirm what's possible for the model you like.
What warranty do you offer?
Every door we sell comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering the steel frame and structure. If anything genuinely goes wrong within that period, bring it back to the showroom and we'll sort it out.
How long does delivery and installation take?
For models we have in stock, delivery and fitting usually happens within 3-7 days of confirming your order. Custom sizes or finishes can take a bit longer since they need to be made to order. We'll give you a clear timeline when you place the order.
Do you install the door, or do I need my own mason?
Our team handles the full installation, frame fitting, hinges, locks, and finishing, so you don't need to arrange a separate mason for the door itself. Just make sure the opening is ready before your scheduled fitting date.
What are your payment terms?
We usually ask for a booking advance to confirm your order, with the balance due on delivery/installation. We accept cash, UPI, and card at the showroom. Ask our team for the exact split when you order.
How do I maintain a steel door? Will it rust?
Our doors are treated and finished to resist rust under normal conditions. A wipe-down with a dry or slightly damp cloth every few weeks is enough. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners on the paint/finish, and touch up any deep scratches early so moisture can't get underneath.
Do you deliver and install outside Khammam?
Yes, we've delivered and installed doors across the surrounding areas beyond Khammam town. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and we'll confirm feasibility and any extra delivery charge for your area.
